    Product Overview

Titanium bars are solid cylindrical titanium products manufactured to meet rigorous international standards. They combine low density, high strength-to-weight ratio, and exceptional corrosion resistance, making them highly desirable across demanding industries such as aerospace, medical, petrochemical, and marine engineering. Available in various grades — including Gr1, Gr2, Gr5, Gr7, Gr9, Gr12, and Gr23 — our titanium bars provide flexible solutions tailored to different application needs.

Grade 1 Titanium BarGrade 1 titanium bar is the highest-purity grade of commercially pure titanium, with titanium content above 98%. It features excellent ductility, low hardness, good weldability, and easy machinability. It is the softest among the CP (commercially pure) titanium grades but demonstrates outstanding corrosion resistance in marine and chloride-rich environments. Non-toxic, non-magnetic, and highly biocompatible, Grade 1 titanium bars are ideal for medical implants, chemical processing, and desalination equipment.

Grade 2 Titanium BarGrade 2 titanium bar retains excellent corrosion resistance while offering higher mechanical strength than Grade 1. It has good ductility and toughness, making it very popular for aerospace structures, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and medical devices. As a balanced commercial pure titanium grade, it is easy to form, weld, and machine, providing exceptional cost-effectiveness for industrial and structural uses.

Grade 7 Titanium Alloy BarGrade 7 titanium alloy bar is pure titanium with a small amount of noble metal palladium added, significantly enhancing resistance to acidic and chloride-containing media without introducing toxic alloying elements like Al or V. It provides one of the best corrosion resistance levels among titanium grades, making it a reliable material for harsh chemical environments and even biomedical implants.

Advantages of Titanium BarsHigh strength and durability — titanium bars have excellent strength-to-weight ratios, enabling them to carry heavy loads without deformation.
Outstanding corrosion resistance — they withstand saltwater, acids, and other aggressive chemicals, reducing maintenance costs.
Excellent biocompatibility — safe for medical implants, orthopedic devices, and dental applications.
High heat resistance — can tolerate elevated temperatures without losing structural integrity.
Lightweight — about 40% lighter than steel, titanium bars help reduce equipment weight while maintaining high performance.

ApplicationsTitanium bars are widely used for aerospace frames, engine parts, landing gear, petrochemical processing, offshore platforms, medical implants, fasteners, sports equipment, and high-performance mechanical components. Custom sizes and finishes are available upon request.

    Product Advantages

    1. High Strength-to-Weight Ratio

Titanium offers strength comparable to steel but with only 60% of the density, significantly reducing structural weight.

Grade 5 (Ti-6Al-4V) titanium alloy provides a tensile strength of ≥895 MPa (≈130,000 psi), stronger than most structural steels while being much lighter.

    2. Outstanding Corrosion Resistance

Its self-passivating oxide layer provides excellent resistance in seawater, moist chlorine gas, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, and more.

Grade 2 titanium can last over 20 years in ambient seawater, making it ideal for marine and chemical equipment.

    3. Excellent Thermal Stability

Titanium maintains mechanical properties at 400–500°C for extended periods; some alloys like Ti-6Al-4V withstand up to 600°C.

This makes it well-suited for high-temperature heat exchangers and engine components.

    4. Biocompatible, Non-Toxic & Non-Magnetic

As an inert material, titanium causes no rejection reactions in the human body, widely used in orthopedic, dental, and cardiovascular implants.

It contains no ferromagnetic elements and does not interfere with MRI or other imaging systems.

    5. Exceptional Fatigue Resistance

Grade 5 titanium can endure over 10⁷ load cycles without fracture, making it ideal for aerospace, sports equipment, and precision machinery under repeated stress.

    6. Long Service Life & Low Maintenance

In highly corrosive or extreme environments, titanium can last 20–40 years with minimal degradation—outperforming stainless steel in durability and reducing maintenance.

Its total lifecycle cost is lower than that of standard steel or aluminum.
