Grade 7 Titanium (Gr7) is a commercially pure titanium alloy with a small addition of palladium (0.12–0.25%), which significantly enhances its corrosion resistance — especially in reducing and oxidizing acid environments. Compared to Grade 2, Gr7 offers superior resistance to crevice corrosion and is ideal for more aggressive chemical and marine applications.
The standard dimensional range is OD Φ6–Φ120mm, wall thickness 0.1–20mm, with customizable lengths. For special project requirements, custom sizes beyond these ranges can also be accommodated upon request.
