UNS N06600, N06601, N06690 (ASTM B163 / B167): offer excellent oxidation resistance and good mechanical strength.
UNS N06625 (ASTM B444): ideal for severely corrosive environments with high strength and oxidation resistance.
UNS N10276 (ASTM B622 / B626): excellent for acid processing and highly corrosive applications.
UNS N08800, N08810, N08811 (ASTM B163 / B407): suitable for high-temperature structural use with excellent strength retention.
UNS N08825 (ASTM B163 / B423): combines excellent corrosion resistance with high strength for demanding chemical processing industries.
Available Dimensions
Outside Diameter (OD): 6 mm – 219 mm
Wall Thickness (WT): 1.0 mm – 12.7 mm
These products are widely used in chemical processing, petrochemical equipment, power generation, heat exchangers, and other critical applications where corrosion resistance, strength, and longevity are essential.
Product Advantages
1. Excellent Corrosion ResistanceStable in aggressive media like concentrated sulfuric acid, brine, and hydrofluoric acid. For example, Monel 400 shows a corrosion rate of less than 0.05 mm/year in boiling sulfuric acid.
2. High Temperature ResistanceSuitable for continuous operation at 600°C to 1100°C, maintaining strength and oxidation resistance under high-temperature, high-pressure conditions.
3. Superior Mechanical PropertiesTensile strength typically ranges from 500 to 900 MPa, with good ductility and fatigue resistance—ideal for heavy-load industrial equipment.
4. Good Workability and WeldabilityExcellent cold forming and welding characteristics without requiring complex heat treatment, allowing flexible fabrication.
5. Efficient Thermal and Electrical ConductivityPure nickel has a thermal conductivity of around 90 W/m·K, making it ideal for heat exchangers and electrochemical systems.
6. Resistance to Chloride Stress Corrosion CrackingHighly resistant to pitting and cracking in chloride-rich environments, suitable for marine, salt chemical, and desalination applications.
7. Reliable Performance in Harsh EnvironmentsPerforms well in strong acid, high temperature, high pressure, and vacuum conditions, widely used in nuclear, aerospace, and offshore industries.
8. Long Service Life with Low MaintenanceOperates reliably for 15–20 years in corrosive environments like acids and seawater, significantly reducing replacement and maintenance costs.
