We supply a comprehensive range of nickel alloy grades including UNS N02200, N02201 (pure nickel), UNS N04400 (Monel 400), UNS N06600, N06601, N06690, UNS N06625 (Inconel 625), UNS N10276 (Hastelloy C-276), UNS N08800, N08810, N08811, and UNS N08825 (Incoloy 825), among others.
Q2
What diameter range is available for nickel bars and rods?
Our standard diameter range is Φ6mm to Φ300mm. Lengths are fully customizable, and we also support special size processing upon request to meet your specific engineering requirements.
Q3
Which international standards do your nickel bars and rods comply with?
Our nickel bars and rods are manufactured in compliance with major international standards including ASTM B160, ASTM B472, GB/T 4435, and ISO 6208. Products can also be produced to meet other specific standards upon customer request.
Q4
What are the typical application industries for nickel bars and rods?
Nickel bars and rods are widely used across chemical processing, oil & gas, aerospace, power generation, and electronics industries. Typical applications include agitator shafts for reactors, valve cores, heat exchanger tube supports, fasteners for high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines, turbine blade connectors, and electrode materials.
Q5
Can custom sizes or special processing be arranged for nickel bars and rods?
Yes. In addition to our standard diameter range of Φ6mm–Φ300mm, we offer fully customizable lengths and can accommodate special size processing requests. Please contact our technical team with your drawings or specifications for a tailored solution.
Q6
What is the difference between UNS N02200 and UNS N02201 nickel grades?
Both UNS N02200 and UNS N02201 are commercially pure nickel grades with excellent corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity. The primary difference is carbon content: N02200 has a higher carbon content (max 0.15%) suitable for room-temperature applications, while N02201 has a low carbon content (max 0.02%), making it better suited for applications above 315°C (600°F) where carbon-induced embrittlement must be avoided.
